Hosting a website costs money. This is no secret. However, hosting a POPULAR website costs a LOT of money!
New Indie Bands will always strive to provide information about the best new indie bands out there. We pride ourselves on finding bands that have yet to be discovered; even on a local level. We don’t do ANY pay-for-review or accept any kickbacks (other than review CDs/music) from bands or labels, and we prefer to keep it that way.
All of that being said, running a site like this cost money. We like to outdo our competition in every way possible, and, for one example, part of that is providing the highest possible quality in downloadable MP3s and streaming audio for our readers. It’s something that we would love to continue to provide for all of the bands we review.
